No Limit Tint & Film - Terms of Service

Welcome to No Limit Tint & Film! By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Appointments & Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if given at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service.
2. Vehicle Pickup & Storage
-
Customers must pick up their vehicles before shop closing (6:00 PM EST).

Any vehicle not picked up by closing time may incur a $15/day storage fee.

If we are unable to reach you for 3 consecutive days, we reserve the right to take further action, including towing at the owner's expense.
3. Liability & Service Limitations
-
No Limit Tint & Film is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before your appointment.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, fading, or worn materials.
-
Some stains, odors, or imperfections may not be fully removable, despite our best efforts.
Pre-Existing Damage Waiver (Windshields & Glass Components)
No Limit Tint & Film is not responsible or liable for any cracking, spreading, or worsening of damage to a windshield or any glass components that have pre-existing chips, cracks, weaknesses, or structural imperfections. By leaving the vehicle for service, the customer acknowledges any such pre-existing damage and agrees that any additional damage occurring during or after installation is solely the customer’s responsibility, as pre-damaged glass may continue to fail due to heat, pressure, or normal handling.
4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of service completion.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, Cash App, and Checks.

If additional work is required, we will notify you beforehand. Any added cost must be approved and paid before vehicle pickup.

All sales are final. If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Non-Payment Policy:

Full payment is due upon completion. Vehicles left unpaid beyond 24 hours may incur a $15/day storage fee.

We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is made in full.
5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
-
If severe weather or unexpected events prevent us from completing your service, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest availability.
6. Right to Refuse Service
-
We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is unsafe, hazardous, or outside the scope of our expertise (including aftermarket windows).
-
If your vehicle contains excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or extreme conditions, we may charge an additional fee or decline service altogether.
7. Damage Waiver for Older Vehicles & Delicate Materials

Vehicles over 10 years old or with delicate materials (e.g., wraps, matte paint, soft-tops) are serviced at the owner's risk.

We are not liable for damage to aging paint, brittle plastics, or prior bodywork that may fail during service.
8. Marketing & Photos
-
We may take before-and-after photos for marketing and promotional use.
-
If you do not want your vehicle photographed, please inform us before your appointment begins.
9. Dispute Resolution
-
In case of a disagreement, please contact us directly to resolve the issue.

Any unresolved matters will be handled in accordance with Pennsylvania state laws.
10. Customer Responsibilities
-
Customers must disclose any aftermarket modifications, fragile areas, or known mechanical issues.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle upon pickup. Once the vehicle leaves our premises, we are not liable for issues reported afterward.
11. Engine Bay Cleaning Disclaimer (if applicable)

Engine bay detailing is done at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for any electrical or mechanical issues resulting from water exposure or cleaning.
12. Pet Hair & Excessive Dirt Upcharges
-
If your vehicle has excessive pet hair, sand, or other contaminants, an additional fee of $30 or more may apply.
13. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Disclaimer
-
Ceramic coatings and paint correction improve appearance and protection, but they do not make your vehicle scratch-proof or maintenance-free.

Longevity depends on proper care. We will provide maintenance instructions — failure to follow them may affect results.
14. Gift Card & Promotional Offer Terms
-
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
-
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
15. Privacy Policy
-
Personal information collected (name, phone, email) is used only for scheduling and communication.

We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.

Window Tint Disclaimer
By booking a window tinting service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Legal Compliance:
It is your responsibility to understand and follow all local and state window tint laws. In Pennsylvania, for example, the law requires 70% VLT or higher on front side windows for passenger vehicles as of 2025. Regulations vary by location and vehicle type.
No Guarantee of Compliance:
We install tint based on your selection. We do not guarantee your chosen tint will comply with PA or other state laws. If you're unsure, please confirm legality prior to service.
Assumption of Risk:
By proceeding, you accept all risks including tickets, fines, inspection failure, or legal issues that may result from illegal tint.
Waiver of Liability:
No Limit Tint & Film, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any legal or financial issues that result from non-compliant tinting. You agree to hold us harmless by booking.
